We will treat your quilt with the care it deserves. We want you to be happy with the finished product. Please go through our checklist before sending it to us so that we can do the best possible job. Check our quilting tips to help guarantee a successful project, especially the discussion on how to properly add your borders to a quilt to prevent them from being wavy. Please understand that machine quilting will not fix fabric fullness, puckering, poor sewing, inadequate seam allowances, borders that have not been measured and cut correctly, or squareness of the overall quilt.

Service Authorization

I authorize Maryland Fiber Arts, LLC, to perform the necessary longarm quilting on my quilt as specified in the above instructions. I further understand that I am financially responsible for all the costs associated with the completion of this quilting service. This includes labor and any materials necessary to complete the project. Maryland Fiber Arts, LLC, is not responsible for any damage to the quilt by any cause that is beyond our control, to include, but not limited to flood, fire, theft or mechanical failure. If the quilt is displayed in a show or publication, you agree to credit the machine quilting to Maryland Fiber Arts, LLC.

Maryland Fiber Arts, LLC, would like your permission to photograph your quilt for possible use on social media, advertising and/or display on our website.
