Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way! Special/custom orders: contact us first.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using our shipping provider. We use USPS First Class Mail for small items and USPS FLAT RATE, USPS Priority or UPS for larger orders. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Generally, orders containing large items will ship for $20.00. Those with smaller items will vary between $10 and $15 depending on what is contained in the order. Orders of only small lightweight items typically ship for $5.00. All orders over $100 ship free.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. However, in the event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us at sales@mdfiberarts.com providing a photo of the item’s condition for return information and exchange. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
