1. Place your order online
- Fill out our Longarm Quilting Service Request form.
- Check your email for order confirmation.
- Wait for confirmation before sending anything to us. You will received an intake number which is needed to identify your order with us.

2. Send us your quilt
- Once you receive the confirmation email, and intake number, send us your quilt top and backing (as well as batting if you prefer to provide it yourself). See our Quilt Preparation and Packing Tips on how to pack and ship your items. Note: If you are local to the Reisterstown MD area, call us for arranging a drop-off.
- We will email you when we receive all the items and verify that they are safe and sound.
- We will email an update status to verify what services and designs you have selected before we start any work.
3. Service Completed
- You will receive an email when quilting is finished.
- If you have selected any additional services we will email you once again when those services are completed.
- Notice will be sent when all services are complete and tracking information will be provided when we return your finished quilt.
